- Delivery will be effected after the realization of your payment (in
full) for the purchase you make to the address specified by you.
- Deliveries will be made within Sri Lanka on the following basis:
- Delivery is free within Colombo and Greater Colombo city limits.
- Delivery to destinations outside Greater Colombo city limits will
be charged Rs. 250/- (two hundred and fifty rupees only) per
- Goods purchased will be delivered to the specified address within
Colombo city limits within 24 hours and Greater Colombo city limits
within 48 hours.
- In an event you have not received your ordered goods, please Contact Us within seven days.
Your responsibilities upon delivery
- Please be sure to sign the Delivery Order Note in the presence of
the delivery company representative to indicate your delivery has been
- Examine your order upon delivery to ensure there are no visible signs of incorrect, missing or damaged items.
- We want to sort out any issues with incorrect, missing or damaged
items straightaway. In such instances please retain item(s) including
receipt in its original packaging and Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery. All goods will be inspected on return.
- In an instance the product is no longer available we will contact
you to advise you of the situation and provide alternative solutions.
However, if you decide to cancel, arrangements will be made for a
